The Zyppah Dorsal is a dual-action hybrid appliance that provides success not possible before in the treatment of snoring, mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea, and TMD. This FDA-cleared sleep solution consists of two sturdy acrylic trays – one for each arch (upper and lower). The inside of the trays is formed to fit tightly over the teeth.

Interlocking buccal inclines allow a desirable degree of mandibular lateral movement, thus alleviating muscle trismus. The inclines, while keeping the mandible from dropping open during sleep, enable the patient to open and close normally while wearing the appliance.
