This service connects you “one-on-one” with an SML Appliance Design Specialist. Simply specify your treatment objectives on the lab slip and write “Please Call” or check the “Phone Consultation” box on the prescription form. Upon receipt of the case, one of our expert clinicians will call your office. Upon completion of the phone call, you have the option of having your appliance fabricated by SML. This valuable and unique service provides many                                                                                                            options to suit your needs.

NOTE: If your case demands more attention than a phone consult, we will ask for further records at the time of the consultation — all to ensure that you receive a true “second opinion” from our on-staff clinician.
