This patient-pleasing fixed appliance can accommodate up to four primary replacement teeth attached to a maxillary lingual arch. Each tooth is individually reinforced to prevent breakage, which can be a problem with this design. Placing rest seats and bonding rests into place will prevent the patient from bending or breaking the appliance. Note: As with all bridges and partials, opposing models and a bite registration are necessary for proper construction.
