This appliance provides superior control to maintain anterior alignments after correcting significant anterior rotations and/or crowding.  The appliance is bonded to each tooth using custom contoured metal-mesh backed pads that are soldered to a .030 stainless steel wire. 

The appliance can be provided with a positioning matrix if requested, although many find that it is not necessary.
