3M True Definition

 

Doctors with a 3M True Definition Scanner can send digital impressions directly to SML | Space Maintainers Laboratory through the 3M Connection Center.

To send a file:

1.              Sign into your 3M Connection Center online account.
                 NOTE:  If assistance is needed, contact 3M Digital Impression Customer Service at 800-634-2249.
                 Press 3, then 1  to speak to a 3M Customer Service representative.
2.              Verify that ‘SML | Space Maintainers Laboratory’ is available under the Scanner Laboratory menu. 
                 If not, contact 3M Digital Impression Customer Service at 800-634-2249. Press 3, then 1 to speak to
                 a 3M Customer Service representative and have ‘SML | Space Maintainers Laboratory’ added to your
                 3M Connection Center account.
3.              Select ‘SML | Space Maintainers Laboratory’ from the drop down menu.
4.              Complete the intraoral scan.
5.              Complete the 3M True Definition online Rx.
6.              Upload the scan data to the 3M Communication Center.
